- Client Content: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, copy, images, and brand assets required to complete the website. Flicker Studio is not liable for project delays caused by a lack of content from the client.
- Revisions: Standard packages include a fixed number of revision rounds. Any additional revisions outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms & Investment
- Deposits/One-time Fees: For fixed-price projects (such as our standard packages), a upfront deposit or full payment (depending on the agreement) is required before work commences.
- Subscription Services: Services such as Monthly Website Maintenance or Monthly SEO are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to clear monthly invoices may result in temporary suspension of services or website access.
- Refunds: Due to the custom, digital, and time-intensive nature of our work, payments and deposits are generally non-refundable once work on the project has officially started.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Upon Full Payment: Once final payment for a website project is cleared, full ownership of the front-end design, text, and layout is transferred to the Client.
- Stock & Third-Party Assets: Any premium plug-ins, stock imagery, or software licenses used during development remain subject to their respective third-party terms.
5. Website Maintenance & Liability
- While Flicker Studio implements industry-standard security measures and premium development practices, we cannot guarantee that any website will be 100% immune to server downtimes, hacking attempts, or third-party plug-in breaks.
- For clients on our Maintenance Package, we perform regular updates and security monitoring to minimize these risks. We are not liable for any financial losses caused by unforeseen technical issues.
